Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries
- ¼ cup your favorite granola , or 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and 1 tablespoon each sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp hemp hearts

Instructions
- In a tall glass or container, layer the yogurt, granola and berries in alternate layers. Sprinkle with hemp hearts. Enjoy!
