- 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 3 slices turkey breast (like Applegate brand)
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 2 tbsp red onion chopped
- 1/2 tomato diced

Instructions
- Add the mayo and mustard to the center of the turkey breast slices and top with the spinach, sliced avocado, onion, and tomato.
- Roll each turkey slice into a wrap and enjoy!
Seriously, delicious! I added diced cucumber and sprinkled on some Everything Bagel seasoning. Next time I will try Primal Kitchen’s Chipotle Lime or Garlic Aioli avocado mayo. Thanks for a new favorite quick healthy lunch!
