Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 large tomato - sliced
- 1 avocado - sliced
- 4 large leaves iceberg or romaine lettuce - rinsed and dried
- ketchup + mustard (optional)

Instructions
- Combine turkey, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Shape into four patties.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Spray grill or skillet with olive oil and then cook the patties for 4-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Assemble wraps and enjoy.
