Instructions
Turkey Burgers:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into uniformly sized patties and grill over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Serve over a bed of lettuce with chopped vegetables.
Coleslaw:
  1. Tear off and discard the tough outer leaves of the cabbage. Cut into quarters and remove the core. Turn cut side down and slice crosswise into thin shreds.
  2. Mix cabbage in a large bowl with onion and salt.
  3. Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing together vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir to dissolve the salt and then whisk in olive oil.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and onions and mix well. Taste again for salt. Eat right away or let it sit for a while to let the flavors permeate and the cabbage soften. This salad is even better the next day.
