Ingredients
- 1 5 oz. can tuna , packed in water, no salt added, drained
- ⅓ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- 2 slices whole grain/sourdough bread , gluten-free if required
- 2 slices cheddar cheese , or non-dairy alternative

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, yogurt, dijon mustard, celery, and lemon zest. Divide the tuna among two slices of bread, and top each with a slice of cheese.
- Transfer to the baking tray, and bake for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!
