Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sliced almonds
- 1 cup raw cashew halves
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup - divided
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- pinch of cayenne pepper (less or more depending on spice preference)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, toss nuts with olive oil and 2 tbsp maple syrup until well coated. In a small bowl, combine coconut sugar, sea salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper and mix well. Reserve about 1/2 tbsp of mixture for after roasting. Sprinkle remaining spices over nuts and toss to coat. Spread seasoned nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining maple syrup, sprinkle with sugar and spice mixture, and let cool. Store in an airtight container.

*Feel free to omit the cayenne pepper for a sweet nut mix option!
