Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa - measure when cooked
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 3 tbsp sliced almonds
- 5 strawberries - sliced
- 1 small banana - sliced

Instructions
- Combine quinoa, chia seeds, almond milk, almond butter, and honey in a jar or container with lid. Mix thoroughly. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, sliced almonds, and strawberries. Refrigerate for about 4-5 hours or overnight. Prior to serving, add sliced banana.
