  1. Whisk dressing ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Combine spinach, tangerines, and sunflower seeds in a bowl. Toss with vinaigrette and divide evenly among 4 plates.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add scallops and cook until they develop a golden crust and are opaque throughout. Serve over salad and enjoy!
