- 1 cup blackberries
- 4 oz goat cheese - crumbled
- 1/8 cup slivered almonds - toasted

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
- Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss to mix. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a bowl and use just enough to lightly coat the spinach. Dressing will keep on the counter for about 5 days.
Recipe Notes
This recipe makes a great meal (add grilled meat for extra protein if you'd like) and also works great as a side dish to bring a party or event.
Great recipe! Since I can not have almonds I normally substitute them with pumpkin or sunflower seeds!
