- 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter , natural
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch ground ginger
- 1 slice sourdough bread , toasted (gluten-free, if desired)
- 1/2 medium banana , sliced
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine almond butter, cinnamon and ginger.
- Spread over toasted bread. Top with banana and coconut. Enjoy!
Great breakfast option when you are trying to get out the door for work and school. Tastes great!

Hi Katie! Recipe Central consists of anti-inflammatory recipes and ingredients. Almond butter is considered more anti-inflammatory than peanut butter – but if you would like to substitute with peanut butter instead, you certainly can! It would still be very delicious. 🙂
