- 16 pitted Medjool dates
- ⅓ cup peanuts , chopped
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 oz dark chocolate , melted
- flaky sea salt

Instructions
- Line a small baking tray with parchment paper, and lightly grease with coconut oil.
- Open each date and place it in a square onto the parchment paper. Place a second piece of paper overtop, and flatten the dates using the bottom of a glass or measuring cup.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and sprinkle the peanuts and cacao nibs overtop of the dates. Drizzle with the peanut butter, and top with the melted dark chocolate.
- Sprinkle the top with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Transfer the baking tray to the fridge or freezer to set, and slice or break it into smaller pieces to serve.
