- 1 slice sprouted-grain, whole wheat, or gluten-free bread
- 1/2 avocado
- sea salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

- Toast bread in toaster or broiler. While bread is toasting, mash up avocado in bowl. Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread and sprinkle with sea salt and red pepper flakes.
