Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 lb shrimp - peeled and deveined
- 1 avocado - sliced
- 1/2 cucumber - sliced into strips
- 1 carrot - cut into strips
- 1/4 cup cilantro - chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 2 tbsp tamari or low sodium soy sauce
- 1-2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1/8 tsp grated ginger

Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat oil over medium heat and add shrimp. Cook until shrimp turns pink and opaque throughout.
- Mince garlic and grate ginger. Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Fill lettuce cups with cooked shrimp, cucumber slices, avocado slices, carrot sticks, and cilantro. Roll up and enjoy the peanut sauce for dipping.
Could someone clarify how to make the dipping sauce/ which ingredients are for that?
