Ingredients
- 3 limes
- 1 cup tomato - chopped
- 1 avocado - sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 lb cooked and peeled medium sized shrimp
- 12 small corn tortillas or lettuce cups

Instructions
- Finely grate rind from limes to measure 1 tablespoon. Juice limes to measure 1/4 cup. Place rind and juice in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients EXCEPT tortillas/lettuce cups. Toss well to combine. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
- Warm tortillas as preferred. Scoop out about 1/2 cup into each tortilla, fold, and enjoy!
