Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Toppings: 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs, extra sliced strawberries, 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
- Simply add all the ingredients minus the toppings to the base of a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with the cacao nibs, sliced strawberries, and unsweetened shredded coconut.
- Enjoy!
I loved this smoothie bowl! It probably has way more calories than I would normally want in a meal/snack, but I didn’t feel guilty about it because it was so nutrient dense and delicious!
