Bliss Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut for coating

Instructions
- Start by adding the cashews and pitted dates to the base of a food processor or high-speed blender. Add the water, and blend until the mixture comes together.
- Add the pure maple syrup, vanilla, coconut butter, and sea salt. Blend until well combined.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 15 minutes and then roll into bite-sized balls.
- Roll into the shredded unsweetened coconut.
- Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer until you are ready to enjoy!

Is there an alternative for coconut butter?
Hi Sharon! You could use almond, cashew, or any other nut butter you prefer! They would still be delicious. 🙂
