Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli, carrot, carrots, celery, green onion, dill, parsley, sunflower, pumpkin seeds, and avocado.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, lemon zest, salt, and olive oil. Add the dressing, and toss to combine. Serve.
