Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings. Enjoy right away!

    1. Hi Sheila! You could substitute a seed butter for nut butter — sunflower seed butter, tahini, mixed seed butter. You could also leave this ingredient out if you wanted to instead. 🙂

  1. I’m hearing a lot about micro and macro nutrient balance when eating. Don’t know that balance but hearing it helps build muscle and lose fat and strength when exercising. Do you know about and consider that in these recipes?

    1. Hi Diane! We don’t currently include caloric information or nutritional facts (as we want to focus more on the whole, anti-inflammatory ingredients and how they nourish our bodies). However, we understand that many people need access to nutritional information for health purposes and encourage the use of apps such as MyFitnessPal if needed. ?
