- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup 100% pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup , to taste
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional), plant-based or whey
