Ingredients
- romaine hearts or other lettuce for wrapping
- 2 tsp store-bought pesto
- 4 oz grilled chicken
- fresh tomato

Instructions
- Clean and wash 2 lettuce cups to be used as wraps.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of pesto in each wrap, top with fresh sliced tomato and chicken (divided between the two wraps).
- Serve these wraps with a side of fresh fruit or a fresh green salad.
Recipe Notes
It's great to prep chicken at the beginning of the week to have on hand for healthy lunches and dinners. If you don't have time, rotisserie chicken can work well too!
