- 1 package instant oatmeal, 1/2 cup rolled oats or gluten-free rolled oats (no sugar added)
- water (according to package directions or 1 cup if using rolled oats)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1/2 banana
- sprinkle of cinnamon

- Cook oatmeal according to package directions. Once cooked, add peanut butter and mix well. Top with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
