Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 1 tsp pure fruit spread (no sugar added)
- sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
- In a medium sauce pan, bring 1 cup of water to boil over high heat. Add in oats, cover, and reduce heat to medium. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer oatmeal to bowl and top with peanut butter, fruit spread, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
I left out the cinnamon and used PB2 instead. It tasted like PBJ with a little less calories.
