Needed something quick after my pilates to drink on the way to the Chiropractor. I squeezed in some unplanned chores this a.m. and used up my breakfast time). I didn’t have an orange and can’t tolerate OJ, so I subbed half a large peach and omitted the OJ all together. I also added a bit of ginger and it was delightful! Satisfied my for several hours.
