- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 package instant yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 ½ cups warm water

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, yeast, and sea salt.
- Add the water, and mix with a spoon or spatula until it forms a shaggy dough, and there are no more dry, floury spots.
- Cover, and let rest in the fridge overnight.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 450F. Place a small dutch oven (5 to 6 qt), in the oven for 30 minutes to heat.
- Scrape the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball. Place on a piece of parchment paper.
- Once the oven is heated, add the dough and parchment to the dutch oven and close the lid. Bake, covered for 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until deep golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
