Instructions
  1. Start by adding the almond butter and pure maple syrup to a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined and until the batter is smooth.
  3. Place the batter in the fridge for 20 minutes to make it easier to roll into balls.
  4. Once chilled, remove from the fridge and roll into bite-sized rounds using about one tablespoon of the batter per bite.
  5. For easy storing, store each bite in a mini muffin liner in the fridge until ready to enjoy! You can also freeze these to enjoy at a later time.

Hi Alex! This recipe was only tested with coconut flour, which has very different properties than almond flour. If you used almond flour, it wouldn’t be a 1:1 substitution. So we recommend sticking to the recipe as written, but if you research and find the best way to substitute, let us know how it turns out! So glad you are enjoying the recipes. ?

  1. Hello. I did use almond flour 1-1 and it seemed absolutely fine. It tastes lovely although I’ve not made the coconut flour one to compare. Perfect for my post workout morning coffee ?
