- 1-2 cups spinach
- 5 grape tomatoes - halved
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add spinach and tomatoes. Cook until spinach is just wilted. Set aside. Whisk eggs and pour into pan. Cook through, add spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese, and a dash of salt and pepper. This will surely get you through the morning.
