Ingredients
- 1 100g packet frozen acai puree , unsweetened
- 1/2 banana , frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup strawberries , chopped
- 1 tbsp almonds , chopped
- 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
- Combine acai, banana, cauliflower, chia seeds, and almond milk in a blender until smooth. It will be thick! Add additional liquid, as needed.
- Transfer to a bowl. Top with berries, nuts, and coconut.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Any suggestions for an açaí replacement? I can’t find unsweetened açaí in my local grocery store
Hi Rachel! Pitaya (dragon fruit), blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate would all be great substitutes. 🙂 The flavor would likely be a bit different but would still be delicious! We look forward to hearing how you like this recipe after giving it a try and making it work for you.
