Instructions
  1. Combine acai, banana, cauliflower, chia seeds, and almond milk in a blender until smooth. It will be thick! Add additional liquid, as needed.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Top with berries, nuts, and coconut.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!

  1. Any suggestions for an açaí replacement? I can’t find unsweetened açaí in my local grocery store

      Hi Rachel! Pitaya (dragon fruit), blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate would all be great substitutes. 🙂 The flavor would likely be a bit different but would still be delicious! We look forward to hearing how you like this recipe after giving it a try and making it work for you.
