Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 large handful parsley
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 cup brazil nuts
- 2 scoops protein powder (optional)

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
I used home grown parsley so was a bit stronger in taste, only had enough bloueberries for one cup so used mixed berries too , also ginger was a bit strong for me so would maybe use quarter tsp next time , but refreshing
Do you think I could sub the Brazil nuts with cashews?
They may slightly alter the taste/texture, but you can absolutely do so!
