- 1 cup water
- 2 cups kale - chopped
- 1 banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- Add apple juice, water, and kale to a high-powdered blender. Blend on high until kale is liquefied. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
