Ingredients
- 3 low-carb, high fiber tortillas , cut into 8 triangles
- cooking spray
- 1 avocado , mashed
- 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Add the tortilla triangles in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Spray liberally with cooking spray.
- Bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let cool.
- While the tortillas are baking, make the guacamole. In a medium bowl, mash the avocado, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
