- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1-2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 cups coffee

Instructions
- Combine milk, pumpkin, and coconut sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming and whisk regularly. Add vanilla extract and pumpkin spice, mixing well.
- Transfer contents to a blender and blend for 10 seconds. This will create a nice, creamy foam (feel free to skip this part if you'd like). Add coffee, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy!
This sounds divine but what can I use / get in the UK to substitute pumpkin spice?
I have found tinned pumpkin but not spice.
Great question! Pumpkin spice is also known as mixed spice. It’s generally a blend of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. The blend is an equal part of each spice, but you can alter it if you prefer one spice over the other. 🙂
