Ingredients
- 3 cups thick cut/rolled oats or gluten-free thick cut/rolled oats
- 1 cup raw, sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raw, sprouted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw walnuts - chopped
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup currants (or any dried fruit you prefer)
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container. You can eat muesli just like cereal in a bowl with almond/coconut milk, or sprinkled over Greek yogurt.
Recipe Notes
If you prefer more oats than nuts, feel free to mix up the ratio and make it your own.
I had been buying Muesli at the grocery store until I found this recipe. Now I am making my own and don’t worry about additional sugars or other ingredients included in my Muesli. I enjoy Muesli with plain Greek Yogurt and fresh blueberries or strawberries. Delicious!
