Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Add all of the barbecue sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and cook over medium heat, whisking to combine. Bring the sauce to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
did i do something wrong? it tasted too vinegar-y to me…
I’ve made this twice now and only did 2 TBSP of vinegar (didn’t have balsamic so used apple cider) and it turned out well!
