Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quinoa , measure when cooked
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk of choice

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix well. Fasten lid and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Remove and top with desired toppings before eating.
I added craisins and walnuts just before serving. YUM!!!
