Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour (or 1 cup gluten-free oats)
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp sugar in the raw
- 2 tsp sugar in the raw
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (or Enjoy Life chocolate chips if vegan or dairy-free)
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 4-5 tbsp rice or almond milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and milk. Add chocolate chips. Bake for about 8 minutes at 375 degrees F. Enjoy!
I make these with quick cook oats and they are fantastic! The neighbors love them too!
