- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened nut milk of choice (almond or macadamia are both great in this recipe)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder (optional)
