Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup peanut halves
- 1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or raw unsweetened cacao nibs (like Enjoy life brand)

Instructions
- Simply add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss to mix everything together.
- Divide into individual serving sizes and add to snack jars to enjoy as a nourishing snack on the go!
Yum Yum! I love nuts and trail mix, and this one is delicious! I replaced the cashews with pistachios and hazelnuts because it’s what I had on hand. I’ve never tried Goji berries before. They’re a bit bitter and have a strange smell and taste, but they blend with the other ingredients beautifully to make a very tasty and healthy snack.

I’m confused by the unsweetened dark chocolate chips. She recommends Enjoy Life but they have sugar in them. Do they sell sugar free dark chocolate chips? Unsweetened chocolate bars are super bitter I can’t imagine those would taste very good.
