- 1 cup edamame beans , shelled and thawed
- 1 clove garlic , peeled
- 1/4 cup cilantro , chopped
- 1 medium avocado , chopped
- 1 lime , juiced
- sea salt + pepper

Instructions
- n a food processor, pulse the edamame beans, garlic, and cilantro until very finely chopped.
- Add the avocado, lime juice, salt and pepper, pulse to combine.
- Serve with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
