Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas , sliced and frozen overnight
- 1/4 cup full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa nibs
- 1 scoop collagen protein powder (optional for added protein)
- optional toppings: Chia seeds, pure maple syrup, shredded unsweetened coconut, raw cocoa nibs

Instructions
- Start by adding the banana slices to the base of a high-speed blender and add the coconut milk.
- Add the almond butter, cocoa nibs, and protein powder if using.
- Blend until a soft-serve ice cream consistency forms.
- Top with any of the optional toppings or toppings of your choice!
Lovely guilt free dessert. The cocoa nibs add a little something special. I put it in the freezer and just take out a bit as and when. I didn’t add the protein powder so will try that next time. 🙂
