Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt (So Delicious brand is great!)
- 1 mango , cubed (you can also use 1 cup frozen mango)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- hemp seeds for serving

- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds, sip and enjoy!
Delicious! This will definitely be added to my regular menu! I love mangoes so much!
