- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Drain and rinse chickpeas and lay out on a paper towel to dry. As you dry them, attempt to remove as many shells as possible. Coat chickpeas in a thin layer of olive oil and spread onto a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Allow chickpeas to roast for about 40 minutes. You want them to be crunchy, but not burnt, so check them regularly. Once baked, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning to taste and allow to cool. Enjoy!
