- 1 lb grilled chicken breast - cooked and sliced (optional)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
- 1 avocado - chopped
- 1 lime -quartered for serving
- 1/2 cup parmesan shavings
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, cheese, lime juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, sea salt, and pepper. Add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired dressing consistency is reached. Set dressing aside.
- Combine kale, romaine lettuce, chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, and avocado to a large bowl. Toss the salad with the dressing until combined. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with parmesan shavings.
The dressing is SO good and quick to mix together!
