Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp honey , or maple syrup if vegan
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder , vegan if preferred
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a rubber spatula until well combined, adding 1 tablespoon of water, if necessary to help bind it together.
- Form into 10 balls. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
