Oh my goodness this was delicious, I think it might become one of my favourite breakfasts. I didn’t have any raisins or cashew butter so substituted with pumpkin seeds and almond butter and I don’t like things too sweet so left out the maple syrup. Will definitely do this again, thank you.
That sounds great, Pam! ?
I wonder if this would work as Overnight Oats?
Hi Jill! We haven’t tried doing that, but it might work if you soak overnight instead of cooking. Let us know if you give it a try!
Thank you! I haven’t tried it yet as I need to get a few of the ingredients but will let you know unless someone else tries it before I do. I cant buy anymore groceries for at least another week unfortunately♥️
Yummmm ?. I could only eat half though, so filling! I’ll save the rest for tomorrow.
? Leftovers will be great for breakfast or a snack!
I used almond butter and skipped the chocolate, was delish! Definitely a huge portion and can be used for 2 meals/snacks.
Sounds yummy, Nancy! So great that there’s more for you to enjoy as leftovers. 🙂
