Do you have nutritional value on these bites?
They never put nutritional values on the recipes.
Can you use almond flour or oat only?
You can absolutely substitute with almond flour, Carrie!
Is a serving 1 bite?
That’s right, Lori! One bite is one serving.
My husband made these for our family tonight! He followed the recipe exactly except he baked them for 10 minutes at 325*. They were amazing!
So glad you all enjoyed them, Renee!
Renee,
Just wondering, when you baked them did you cool them in the fridge before eating or did you eat them warm?
Thank you for sharing this option.
We let the cookies cool on the counter before eating.
So good! We loved it! I used almond flour instead of oatmeal and maple syrup because I like the flavor better. I baked the bites for on 350 for 10 mins.. Amazing !!!!!
Sounds like delicious substitutions, Adriana! So glad you enjoyed them!
Loved these!!!
Love these, made them twice so far! I might try baking them next time as I see others have done, sounds like a great option 🙂
Yum! So glad you are enjoying this recipe, Lynn!
I really loved this recipe and so did my husband. I baked as suggested and made them into smaller bite size pieces. I’m going to make some more today and make my own oat flour. Thanks!
Yay, Jan! We’re so glad you and your husband liked these. 🙂 So fun you’ll be making your own oat flour – enjoy!
Hi I have a nut allergy. What can I substitute for the peanut butter? Thanks ?
Hi Sue! You could try substituting peanut butter with tahini, sunflower seed butter, cookie butter, soynut butter, or even coconut butter! If you give this recipe a try with any substitution, please let us know how it goes! 🙂
I’ve been making something very similar to these for years! I added finely chopped nuts and roll them in crushed Graham Crackers or shredded coconut to help with sticky fingers. Delish!
What great additions – thank you for sharing, Amie!
I can’t stop eating them! I used maple syrup instead of honey and they came out so good. Seriously satisfying my sweet tooth right now. Will for sure make again.
Yay, Katie! Syrup is a great substitution for honey. So glad you enjoyed these!
Question about the preparation, Is this a no bake recipe or baked in the oven? What’s the difference between the finished product? Thanks
Hi Virginia! This is a no-bake recipe. 🙂 The end product is meant to be cookie dough. Some members do enjoy popping these into the oven at 325 degrees for ten minutes so that they are more cooked. These can be enjoyed either way!
Oh my gosh i just made these on wednesday march 23 2022 and they are delicious! I would cut back next time on the honey as it was a little too sweet. I made them as small little pop in the mouth balls and made about 24, and then i put them in the freezer. Love this recipe
Thank you so much for sharing, Donna. We’re happy to hear how you love them! 🙂
