- 2 bananas , frozen and chopped
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp spice blend

- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- ½ tsp cardamom
- pinch of ground cloves
- pinch of black pepper

Instructions
- Make the spice blend: combine all spices in a small bowl.
- In a food processor, combine the bananas, almond butter and 1 teaspoon of the spice blend, blending until smooth. It may take up to 10 minutes, scraping down the sides, as needed.
- Transfer to a loaf pan or container, and freeze for at least one hour. When ready to eat, scoop and enjoy!
