Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and add the oats, carrots, coconut, date, hemp hearts, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, and add the vanilla extract.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with walnuts and banana. Serve and enjoy!
