Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup finely shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 chopped date
- 2 tsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 banana , sliced

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and add the oats, carrots, coconut, date, hemp hearts, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Cook for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, and add the vanilla extract.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with walnuts and banana. Serve and enjoy!
