Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana - sliced
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp nut butter

Instructions
- Pour oats into a bowl or mason jar. Add milk, blueberries, banana, vanilla, and chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight. Before servings, mix in maple syrup and nut butter. Enjoy cold or warm!

My first time tying overnight oats. Delicious. I also tried swapping out mixed berries for the blueberries and it’s just as good!
