- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana (frozen is best)
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 handful spinach (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and enjoy!
Yum! Healthy smoothies are my favourite way to start the day right as I don’t have a lot of time to make breakfast in the morning. These are quick, taste great and give me enough energy to last all morning!
This is really lovely, the only thing I added was a squeeze of honey and I didn’t have any almond butter, will definitely be making this again.
One of my favorite smoothies-reminds me of a blueberry muffin!
