- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats or gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp fresh mint - minced (or 1/4 tsp mint extract)
- 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a jar or small container with a lid. Mix well and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, the oats can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave.
